Returns & Refund policy

Returns:

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/color? You can return the item in their original condition within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, books cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and personal care items.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we may refund your amount at the time of collecting the returned product. For certain products, we may provide you a refund within two days of receiving your items. We shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request for a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping/ Delivery costs are non-refundable. Please note, in the event of a refund, if the total order/ purchase value falls below QAR 100/- after deducting the approved refund amount, we shall charge a delivery fee of QAR 20/-. To be eligible for free delivery, total order/ purchase value should be above QAR 100/- as stated in our terms of sale. 

Late or Missing refunds

For Paypal Payments - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@momsworldqatar.com.

For Cash On Delivery - Refund may be provided immediately at the time of collection or for some products that may require product verification/ checking, we may provide cash refunds within 3 working days after receiving the returned items to our warehouse.


Sale/ Discounted Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold on Promotions/ Discounts cannot be refunded.

Replacement:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@momsworldqatar.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping.

When returning your product you will be responsible for arranging/ paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our office in Al Shaqb Street, Ar-Rayyan. 

Shipping/ Delivery fees are non-refundable. Please note, in the event of an item being returned for a partial refund, if the actual order value (Original ordered amount minus the value or item returned) falls below QAR 100/- after deducting the approved refund amount, we shall charge a delivery fee of QAR 20/-. To be eligible for free delivery, total actual order value should be above QAR 100/- after an item is refunded as stated in our terms of sale.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
